农村社会保障治理能力研究

Research on the Rural Social Security Governance Ability

社会保障制度属于一个国家的公共事务范畴,在当前国民参与意识不断提升的情况下,农村社会保障制度在进行规划、决策以及实施的全部过程中,仍旧有许多项目可以参与到其中,而社会保障的制度在安排之后,导致国民只能被动的接受。而农村社会保障治理能力现代化可以说是当前国家所有治理体系中的欠缺点,因此,需要采取各种措施途径来弥补这一缺点。本文主要对于中国农村社会保障治理能力开展相关的研究,并以此为基础,提出治理能力现代化的改革方式,希望可以促进治理方式的现代化。

The social security system belongs to the public affairs category of a country.With the current increasing awareness of national participation,the rural social security system still has many projects that can participate in the entire process of planning,decision-making and implementation.After the social security system was arranged,the citizens could only accept it passively.The modernization of rural social security governance capabilities can be said to be a shortcoming in the current governance system of the country.Therefore,various measures must be taken to make up for this shortcoming.This article mainly conducts related research on China's rural social security governance capabilities,and based on this,proposes reform methods for modernizing governance capabilities,hoping to promote the modernization of governance methods.
