中美高校教育信息化建设对比研究

A Comparative Study on the Construction of Educational Informatization Between China and the United States

高校信息化是促进高校改革创新和提高教育质量的有效途径。文章从国家政策规划、基础设施建设、数字资源建设、教师教学能力等四个方面比较中美两国高等教育信息化建设的情况,发现二者在发展过程中的差距,借鉴美国先进的教育理念,促进我国高校信息化加速发展。

University informatization is an effective way to promote university reform and innovation and to improve the quality of education.This paper compares the information construction of higher education between China and the United States from four aspects:national policy planning,infrastructure construction,digital resources construction and teachers'teaching ability.It finds the gap between the two countries in the process of development,and draws lessons from the advanced educational concepts of the United States to promote the accelerated development of university informatization in China.
