摘要
按照高速动车组设计指标及技术要求,从头型优化设计的顶层技术参数、方法到设计过程方面介绍高速动车组流线型头型气动外形设计技术。结合以往动车组流线型头型设计、仿真分析及试验经验,将理论与实践结合给出动车组头型设计的合理长度区间。设计与分析过程体现出高速动车组头型新的设计理念,对高速动车组头型的自主研发具有非常重要的现实作用。
In accordance with the design index and technical requirements on high speed EMU,this paper introduces the aerodynamic exterior design technology of streamlined head of high-speed EMU from the top-level technical parameters,methods and design process.Based on the previous design,simulation analysis and test experience of the streamlined EMU heads,the theory and practice are combined to give the reasonable length range for the EMU head shape design.The design and analysis process refl ect the new design concept of high-speed EMU head shape,which has a very important practical role in the independent research and development of high-speed EMU head shape.
