摘要
为解决城市轨道交通车辆辅助逆变器存在的振动噪声等问题,文章介绍一种自然冷却的辅助逆变器。首先简要介绍该辅助逆变器的研究背景、主电路及技术参数;然后详细介绍该产品的结构设计及散热设计,并进行结构仿真分析;最后通过试验验证结构仿真结果的准确性。
In order to solve the problems of vibration and noise of auxiliary inverter on urban rail transit vehicles,this paper introduces a natural cooling auxiliary inverter.Firstly,it briefly introduces the background,main circuit and technical parameters of the auxiliary inverter,then introduces in detail the structure design and heat dissipation design of the product,furthermore the structure simulation analysis is carried out.In conclusion,the accuracy of the structure simulation results is verifi ed by experiments.
