摘要
随着城市轨道交通运营里程的不断增加,城轨车站设备的维修成本也随之快速增长。文章通过分析城轨车站设备的全寿命周期成本构成、设备使用的复杂环境及使用特点,着重研究综合维修模式下城轨车站设备维修保养实操作业中可开展成本优化的总体方向,以期在确保可靠性的基础上,降低城轨车站设备的维修成本。
With the continuous increase of urban rail transit operational mileage,the maintenance cost of urban rail station equipment also increases rapidly.By analyzing the whole life cycle cost composition,complex environment and characteristics of urban rail station equipment and its performance,this paper focuses on the overall trend of cost optimization in the practice of urban rail station equipment maintenance under the comprehensive maintenance mode,so as to reduce the maintenance cost of urban rail station equipment on the basis of ensuring reliability.
