摘要
针对城市轨道交通运行安全风险特点,阐述"事前科学防,事中有效控,事后及时救"全周期风险防范体系的内涵,以上海市为例,给出"数据化观、信息化管、智能化防、智慧化控及现代化救"体系建设要点,指出"一个理念、两个关键、三个机制"的体系建设路径,明确"五个一"的城市轨道交通运行安全风险重要防控措施。
Aiming at the operation safety risk characteristics of Shanghai rail transit,this paper expounds the connotation of the full-cycle risk prevention system of“scientifi c prevention beforehand,effective control in the event and timely rescue”.The key points of the system construction of"data-oriented view,information management,intelligent prevention,intelligent control and modern rescue"are given.The paper points out the system construction path of"one idea,two keys and three mechanisms",and clarifies the important prevention and control measures of"fi ve ones"for the safety risks of rail transit operation.
