摘要
新技术新模式新业态层出不穷、人才竞争日趋激烈,越来越多的大学生选择考研,通过继续深造提升知识结构、能力素质,以适应新时代的更高要求。从心理学视角分析大学生考研复习中普遍存在的"自我损耗效应""计划谬误""蔡格尼克效应""道德许可效应"等问题,并从学生个人、学校与家庭三个层面有针对性地提出解决路径,以减少这四种心理效应带来的不利影响,帮助考研学子增强复习实效性,提升考研成功率。
Faced with the emergence of new technologies, new models and new business forms, and the increasingly fierce competition for talents, more and more college students choose to go to graduate school for further study to improve their knowledge structure, ability and quality, so as to adapt to the new and higher requirements of the new era. From the perspective of psychology, this paper intends to analyze the four kinds of problems commonly existing in college students’ postgraduate entrance examination and its revision, namely, "Ego-depletion effect", "Planning fallacy", "Zeigarnik effect" and "Moral licensing". And the solution to it is from three levels of students, school and family to reduce the four psychological effects brought by the adverse effects, in order to help students to enhance the effectiveness of the postgraduate entrance examination, and thereby improve the success rate of postgraduate entrance examination.
