农村互联网对农业全要素生产率的空间溢出效应——基于随机前沿模型分析 被引量:5

Spatial Spillover Effect of Rural Internet on Agricultural Total Factor Productivity:Based on Stochastic Frontier Model

摘要 文章选取2002-2017年省级面板数据,采用基于Malmquist生产率指数的面板固定效应随机前沿模型得出农业全要素生产率指标,再通过面板个体固定效应空间杜宾模型研究了农村互联网发展对农业全要素生产率的空间溢出效应,并对内在影响机制进行分析检验以明确互联网带动作用路径。结果表明:本地区农村互联网发展会显著促进本地区以及邻近地区农业全要素生产率的增长,并且这种促进作用主要通过提高农业技术效率的途径来实现。在控制变量中,农村人力资本具有显著正向直接效应和溢出效应,本地区农村人力资本水平的提高显著促进了本地区以及临近地区农业全要素生产率的增长;以农林水事务支出比重来衡量的政府支农强度指标对农业全要素生产率产生负向抑制影响,并具有显著的负向空间溢出效应;以就业人口比重来衡量的产业结构指标具有显著负向的空间溢出效应,但直接效应并不显著。 The article selects provincial panel data from 2002 to 2017,uses the panel fixed-effect stochastic frontier model based on the Malmquist productivity index to obtain the agricultural total factor productivity index.Then it studies the spatial spillover effect of rural Internet development on the agricultural total factor through the panel individual fixed effect spatial Doberman model,and tests the internal impact mechanism to clarify the driving path of the rural Internet.The results show that the development of rural In⁃ternet significantly promotes the growth of agricultural total factor productivity both in the region in question and its neighboring re⁃gions,and this promotion is mainly achieved by improving the efficiency of agricultural technology.Among the control variables,ru⁃ral human capital has a significant positive direct effect and spillover effect,the increase of the rural human capital significantly pro⁃moting the growth of agricultural total factor productivity in one region and its neighborhood.Measured by the proportion of agricul⁃tural,forestry and water affairs expenditure,the index of government support for agriculture has a negative inhibitory effect on agri⁃cultural total factor productivity and has a significant negative spatial spillover effect.Industrial structure indicators measured by the proportion of employed population have a significant negative spatial spillover effect,but the direct effect is not significant.
