山西省文化旅游产业发展水平时空差异研究

Research on the Spatial-Temporal Difference of Cultural and Tourism Industry Development Level in Shanxi

文章利用2001-2017年面板数据,运用标准差、变异系数及区位熵等方法对山西省11个城市文化旅游产业发展水平时空差异进行分析。研究表明:(1)山西省文化旅游产业发展水平总体不高,绝对差异逐年增加,但相对差异在缩小。(2)区域文化旅游产业发展水平差距明显,但呈现逐渐缩小态势,区域内差异对整体差异的贡献明显高于区域间差异的贡献。(3)经济发展水平、文化旅游资本禀赋、产业结构和区域对外开放度是文化旅游发展的主要影响因素。因此,要加快体制机制创新,增强文化旅游发展改革动力,以世界文化遗产景区为龙头,对接文化旅游三大板块,塑造文化旅游大品牌,加强省内区域间交流与合作,实现区域互补与协同发展。

Using panel data,standard deviation,and coefficient of variation and location entropy,the paper analyzed the spatialtemporal difference of cultural and tourism industry development level in Shanxi from 2001 to 2017.The results show that(1)the development level of cultural and tourism industry is generally not high and the absolute difference increases annually,but the rela⁃tive difference is shrinking in Shanxi;(2)the gap of regional cultural and tourism industry development level is obvious,but de⁃creases annually;the contribution of regional differences to the overall differences is significantly higher than that of inter-regional differences;(3)economic development level,cultural tourism capital endowment,industrial structure and regional opening degree are the main influencing factors of cultural tourism development.Therefore,in order to promote cultural and tourism development level,it is necessary to accelerate the innovation of mechanisms and systems,strengthen the driving force for the development and reform of cultural tourism,take the world cultural heritage scenic spot as the leader,connect the three major sectors of cultural tour⁃ism,shape the major brands of cultural tourism,strengthen intra-provincial regional exchanges and cooperation,and achieve re⁃gional complementarity and collaboration development.
