摘要
本文研究了热处理工艺对40NiCrMo7钢硬度和显微组织的影响。结果表明:热处理后40NiCrMo7钢的硬度由表面至心部逐渐减小。φ600 mm×600 mm的40NiCrMo7钢距表面约150 mm处金相组织为马氏体50%与铁素体50%的混合体。
The effect of heat treatment process on the hardness and microstructure of 40 NiCrMo7 steel was studied in the paper. The results showed that the hardness of 40 NiCrMo7 steel gradually decreased from surface to center. The microstructure of 40 NiCrMo7 steel(φ600 mm×600 mm) at 150 mm away from the surface is a mixture of 50% martensite and 50% ferrite.
