摘要
化学铣切已经成为航空零件成形的可靠加工方法,尤其是在加工直升机垫片等装配零件时要比传统的机械加工方法更优越。本文对纯铝板1035和8A06非包铝经化学铣切后的性能进行研究,通过对尺寸、粗糙度、力学性能、金相组织和断口形貌分析,认为目前的化学铣切工艺能满足直升机零件的设计制造要求。
Chemical milling has became a reliable machining method for the forming of aviation parts, it is much better than the traditional machining method especially in the processing of helicopter gasket and other assembly parts. In the paper, the performance of chemical milling of 1035 and 8 A06 non-package pure aluminum plate has been studied. Through analysis and measure of dimension, roughness, mechanics performance, metallographic structure and fracture morphology, it is determined that the current chemical milling process can meet the design and manufacturing requirements of helicopter parts.
