人力资源管理是公立医院实现高质量发展的重要保障。依托大数据和量化分析方法,建立公立医院临床医师评价体系,引导人力资源的精准调配与管理,提升医疗服务技术能力和医疗服务质量,提高医院应对复杂运行环境的适应力和运营效率。临床医师评价体系的建立,对公立医院激发医务人员的工作活力与创造性、推动人才队伍及学科建设、保证医疗质量与安全等方面皆具有重要意义。
Human resource management is an important guarantee for the high-quality development of public hospitals.Relying on big data and quantitative analysis methods,establish a public hospital clinician evaluation system,guide the precise deployment and management of human resources,improve medical service technical capabilities and medical service quality,and improve the hospital's adaptability and operational efficiency in dealing with complex operating environments.The establishment of a clinician evaluation system is of great significance to public hospitals in stimulating the vitality and creativity of medical staff,promoting the construction of talent teams and disciplines,and ensuring medical quality and safety.
