基于谐响应分析的籽瓜破碎机机架抗振性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了研究籽瓜破碎机在受迫振动下的振动响应以及振动载荷带来的变形、失效等问题,通过ABAQUS软件分析了机架在无阻尼状态下的固有频率和振型号,在此基础上通过模态叠加法研究了机架在电机激振力作用下振幅和应力的响应特征,得到了对应的响应曲线。结合相应曲线研究了机架在交变载荷作用下振幅峰值发生的峰值和频率范围,验证了抗振性能是否满足实际生产要求。研究结果表明:在正弦激振力的作用下,机架的主要振动变形位于机架低端。当激振频率在85~125 Hz之间时,机架容易发生强烈振动,尤其是在125 Hz附近机架振幅出现了最大值。由于驱动电机的激励频率范围为23.33~60.00 Hz,远小于最大振幅发生的频率,说明只要电机转速控制在3600 r/min以下,机架就能有效避免振幅的急剧增加,不会发生严重的振动变形。 In order to study the vibration response of seed melon crusher under forced vibration and the deformation and failure caused by vibration load,by ABAQUS software,the natural frequency and vibration model of the frame in the state of non-damping are analyzed,the response characteristics of the frame amplitude and stress under the effect of motor shock force are studied on the secondary basis,and the corresponding response curve is obtained.Combined with the corresponding curve,the peak and frequency range of the peak amplitude of the frame under the interaction load are studied,and the vibration resistance is verified to meet the actual production requirements.The results show that the main vibration deformation of the frame is located at the lower end of the frame under the influence of sine shock force,and the frame is prone to strong vibration when the vibration frequency is between 85 Hz and 125 Hz,especially when the maximum frame amplitude occurred near 125 Hz.Since the excitation frequency range of the drive motor is between 23.33 Hz and 60.00 Hz,far less than the frequency at which the maximum amplitude occurs,the frame can effectively avoid sharp increase of amplitude and no serious vibration deformation occurs as long as the motor speed is controlled below 3600 r/min.
