摘要
淄博市农业机械研究所研制的2PZ-4000型苹果多功能栽植机,适应现代苹果矮砧密植集约栽培模式,其定株距栽植功能通过基于行走限深轮的定株距机构实现,栽植株距是衡量栽植效果的重要指标。通过对田间栽植试验取得的1200,1500,2000 mm三种株距对应的数据进行归纳整理,计算相关指标,得出株距变异系数分别是10.26%,11.37%,7.17%,偏态系数分别是0.035,-0.099,-0.486,峰态系数分别是-0.732,-0.083,0.634。通过这些指标评估栽植机栽植效果,分析误差出现的原因,结合现代技术提出改进措施,可为相关机具的研发提供借鉴。
The 2PZ-4000 apple multifunctional planter was developed by Zibo Institute of Agricultural Machinery Research to adapt to the dwarf rootstork intensive cultivation mode.Its planting distance function was realized by the planting distance mechanism based on the walking limit wheel.The planting distance was an important index to measure the planting effect.The data of 1200,1500,2000 mm plant spacing obtained from field planting experiments were summarized and sorted out.In the results of field experiments,the variation coefficients of plant spacing are 10.26%,11.37%,7.17%,the coefficients of skewness are 0.035,-0.099,-0.486,the coefficients of kurtosis are-0.732,-0.083,0.634.The planting effect of the planter was evaluated by these indicators,the causes of the errors were analyzed,and the improvement measures were put forward in combination with modern technology,which could provide reference for the development of related machines.
