田间破膜刀头的结构设计与有限元分析

摘要 蔬菜、烟苗等农作物在幼苗移栽时需要对地膜进行破洞处理,而现有自动化破膜机构中的刀头结构复杂,制造不便,且遇到较硬的物体时容易损坏,用这种刀头进行破膜成本较高。针对这些问题提出了2种结构与制造相对简单的V型和弧型破膜刀头,利用三维软件UG建立刀头模型,并通过ANSYS Workbench对2种破膜刀头工作时的应力、应变、位移情况进行有限元分析。经过对比发现,弧型刀头工况下的综合性能更为良好,为破膜机构刀头的改进与设计提供了参考依据。 When transplanting seedlings of vegetables,tobacco seedlings and other crops,the mulching film needs to be broken.However,in the existing automatic film breaking mechanism,the cutting head is complicated in structure,inconvenient in manufacturing,and easy to damage when it meets hard objects.Therefore,it costs more to use this kind of cutting head for film breaking.To solve these problems,this paper proposed V-shaped and arc-shaped film breaking tool heads with relatively simple structure and manufacturing.The 3D software UG was used to establish the tool head model,and the stress,strain and displacement of the two film breaking tool heads at work were analyzed by finite element method based on ANSYS Workbench.At last,it is concluded that the overall performance of arc cutting head is better under working conditions,which provides a basis for the improvement and design of cutting head of film breaking mechanism.
