摘要
目前齿轮箱的壁厚设计没有特定的标准,会出现在满足工况要求的前提下箱体壁太厚造成材料的浪费。为了使箱体在达到使用要求的前提下实现质量和壁厚减小,针对某齿轮箱质量与壁厚展开分析和优化研究。首先在SolidWorks中建模并与ANSYS对接处理,然后高效划分网格并且施加载荷,通过静态分析得出位移分布云图与应力分布云图,之后对齿轮箱质量与壁厚进行优化。最终在保证箱体强度与刚度的前提下降低了齿轮箱的质量,并且节约了齿轮箱制作过程中使用的材料。为同类产品的研究和制造提供了一定的思路和借鉴。
At present,there is no specific standard in wall thickness design of gearbox,which will cause waste of material when the wall of gearbox is too thick to meet the requirements of working conditions.In order to reduce the mass and wall thickness of the box under the premise of meeting the requirements of use,the mass and wall thickness of a gearbox are analyzed and optimized.Firstly,it is modeled in SolidWorks and docked with ANSYS,then the grid is divided efficiently and the load is applied.The cloud diagram of displacement distribution and stress distribution is obtained by static analysis,and then the mass and wall thickness of gearbox are optimized.Finally,the mass of the gearbox is reduced on the premise of ensuring the strength and stiffness of the box.It also saves the materials used in the production process of gearbox.It provides some ideas and references for research and manufacture of the same kind of products.
