基于Isight和Workbench的货车车架优化设计

摘要 以某公司的货车车架为研究对象,在SolidWorks中建立出简化的实体模型,将模型导入到Workbench中进行模态分析,得到优化前货车车架的固有频率及其相对应的振型。基于Isight对SolidWorks和Workbench进行集成优化分析,以车架固有频率最小为目标进行优化分析设计,运用软件中的算法进行计算分析,从而找到最佳的货车车架的尺寸,实现货车车架尺寸的优化设计。同时将该尺寸的车架重新导入Workbench中进行模态分析,将优化后的模态分析结果和优化前的进行对比,从而检测优化的效果。 This paper takes a company's truck frame as the research object,establishes a simplified solid model in SolidWorks,and then imports the model into the Workbench for modal analysis,and obtains the natural frequency of the truck frame and its corresponding vibration mode.Then use ISight to carry out integrated optimization analysis of SolidWorks and Workbench,as well as optimization analysis and design with the minimum natural frequency of the frame as the target.Use the algorithm in the software for calculation and analysis,so as to find the best size of the truck frame,abd optimize the size of the truck frame.At the same time,re-import the frame of this size into the Workbench for modal analysis,and compare the modal analysis results after optimization with those before optimization,so as to detect the optimization effect.
