摘要
电网智能化水平的评估和智能电网规划目标的设定是开展智能电网规划的关键环节。为了解决电网智能化水平的量化评估问题,从“安全、可靠、绿色、高效、经济”5个维度出发,建立了智能电网评价指标体系,并构建了基于关联函数的熵模型。通过对3个智能电网规划方案进行评估和对比,验证了提出的模型能够量化评估电网智能化水平,并能指导规划目标的设定和规划方案的优化。
The evaluation of intelligence and the setting of planning goals of smart grids are key links in the development of smart grid planning.In order to solve the problem of quantitative evaluation of intelligence of smart grids,a smart grid evaluation index system is established from the five dimensions of"safety,reliability,green,high efficiency and economy",and an entropy model based on the correlation function is constructed.Through the evaluation and comparison of three smart grid planning schemes,it is verified that the proposed model can quantitatively evaluate the intelligence of smart grids,and guide the setting of planning goals and the optimization of planning schemes.
