摘要
目的基于“中医传承辅助平台管理系统(V2.5)”,探究古今医案中诊治消渴的临床经验及用药规律,同时为发掘消渴的用药规律及新药研发提供参考。方法通过运用医案采集系统并结合软件的分析系统,采用关联规则分析法、聚类分析法、改进的互信息法、复杂系统熵聚类、无监督的熵层次聚类等高级数据挖掘方法,统计得出用药特点及组方规律的分析。结果共纳入158个病例,涉及药物212味。依次通过频数分析、关联规则分析、聚类分析以及可视化分析用药规律,最常使用药物性味为甘味,最常使用药物四气是寒。归经中最常使用的是肾经。出现频数分析症状最高的为小便浑浊。结论通过数据挖掘的方法,总结了治疗消渴的用药规律,为进一步的科学研究提供数据支撑。
Objective Based on the TCM Aided Platform Management System(V2.5),to explore the clinical experience and medication rules of diagnosis and treatment of diabetes in ancient and modern medical casesand provide reference methods for discovering the law of medication and the development of new drugs.Methods Through the use of medical record collection system and software analysis system,advanced data mining methods such as association rule analysis,cluster analysis,improved mutual information method,complex system entropy clustering and unsupervised entropy hierarchical clustering were adopted.The analysis of the characteristics and composition of the medication was obtained.Results A total of 158 cases were included,involving 212 drugs.Followed by frequency analysis,association rule analysis,cluster analysis and visual analysis,the most commonly-used drugs were sweet and cold.In traditional Chinese medicine,the channel tropism of most commonly-used drugs were the kidney meridian.The most frequent symptom was turbid urine.Conclusion Through the method of data mining,the rules of medication for treating Xiaoke are summarizedand the data support for further scientific research is provided.
