从肠道微生态角度系统探讨以脾论治血脂异常

Discussion on Treatment of Dyslipidemia from Spleen Based on View of Intestinal Micro-Ecological System

血脂异常是动脉粥样硬化、冠心病、脑卒中等心脑血管疾病的重要危险因素,有关脂质代谢异常导致心脑血管疾病发生发展的机理及及早干预一直是基础和临床关注的热点问题。中医认为血脂异常乃由脾失健运,痰浊内生,膏脂转输障碍所致,而肠道微生态系统的平衡是脾主运化功能的主要体现。该文将从中医以脾论治角度,基于肠道微生态系统对血脂异常进行论述,寄希为中医论治血脂异常提供理论依据。

Dyslipidemia is an important risk factor for cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases such as atherosclerosis,coronary heart disease and stroke.The mechanism and early intervention of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases caused by abnormal lipid metabolism has always been the basic and clinical concern.Traditional Chinese medicine believes that dyslipidemia is caused by spleen failing to work normally,internal turbidity and abnormal movement of fat in the body,and the balance of intestinal micro-ecological system is the main embodiment of spleen transporting function.This article discussed the treatment of dyslipidemia from spleen based on the intestinal micro-ecological system and provided a theoretical basis for the treatment of dyslipidemia by traditional Chinese medicine.
