基于“既病防变”理念探讨针刺疗法在阿尔茨海默病治疗中的应用

Discussion on Application of Acupuncture Therapy in Treatment of Alzheimer'sDisease Based on Concept of“Preventing Disease from Exacerbating”

目的结合针刺治疗与中医治未病理论“既病防变”,探讨针刺疗法在阿尔兹海默病(AD)治疗中的应用,延缓AD的发病过程,减慢疾病的进一步发展变化。方法查阅近5~10年来关于AD的相关研究文献资料,综述从针刺治疗结合中医“既病防变”理论,认识AD的发病机制,把握治疗时间窗的重要性。从临床与基础研究两方面来探索“既病防变”结合针刺治疗与AD发病进程之间的关系。结果针刺疗法在AD治疗中应用广泛,可以改善患者症状、提高生活质量以及延缓病程发展,并对AD发病机制有一定的影响。结论通过探讨针刺疗法在AD治疗中的应用,将既病防变理念与AD早期针刺治疗相结合,提高患者生存质量,减少发病率,达到综合治疗效果。同时对研究治疗AD等神经退行性疾病的发展具有非常重要的意义。

Objective To explore the application of acupuncture therapy in the treatment of Alzheimer'sdisease(AD)by combining acupuncture therapy with the theory of“preventing disease from exacerbating”,delay the onset of AD and slow down the further development and change of the disease.Methods We reviewed the relevant literature about AD in recent 5-10 yearsandsummarized the pathogenesis of AD and the importance of treatment time window fromacupuncture therapy combined with the theory of“preventing disease from exacerbating”in traditional Chinese medicine.It explored the relationship between“preventing disease from exacerbating”combined with acupuncture therapy and the progression of AD fromclinical and basic researches.Results Acupuncture therapy was widely used in the treatment of AD,which can improve the symptoms,the quality of life and delay the course of the disease,and had a certain impact on the pathogenesis of AD.Conclusion By discussing the application of acupuncture therapy in the treatment of AD,the combination of the concept of preventing disease from exacerbating and the early acupuncture treatment of AD can improve the quality of life of patients,reduce the incidence and achieve the comprehensive treatment effect.At the same time,it is of great significance to study and treat the development of neurodegenerative diseases such as AD.
