25G微创玻璃体切除联合内界膜剥离及空气填充治疗特发性黄斑裂孔的疗效评估

To evaluate the efficacy of microincision 25G pars plana vitrectomy with internal limiting membrane peeling and air tamponade for idiopathic macular hole

目的评估25G微创玻切联合内界膜剥离及空气填充治疗特发性黄斑裂孔的临床疗效。方法回顾性非对照研究,样本为30例IMH患者,对比分析手术前后BCVA、黄斑裂孔闭合率等情况。结果术前最佳矫正视力基线为(0.14±0.73),术后3个月,30只眼中27只眼视力提高,占90.0%;3只眼视力不变或下降,占10.0%,平均最佳矫正视力(0.38±0.16),差异有统计学意义(t=8.79,P=0.00);29只眼裂孔封闭,闭合率为96.7%(29/30);28只眼视物变形症状消失,1只眼症状改善,1只眼症状无改善或加重,术后并发症发生率较低。结论25G微创玻切联合内界膜剥离及空气填充可有效治愈特发性黄斑裂孔。

Objective To evaluate the safety and efficacy of microincision 25 G pars plana vitrectomywith internal limiting membrane peeling and air tamponade for idiopathic macular hole.Methods This is a prospective and non-controlled study.Thirty patients(30 eyes)with idiopathic macularhole were enrolled.All patients received 25 Gvitrectomy with ILM peeling and air tamponade.The BCVA、macular hole closure rate、metamorphopsiawere comparatively analyzed.Results Three months after surgery,BCVA of 27 eyes(90.0%)increased,3 eyes(10.0%)didn’t change or loss;Prior to carrying out surgery,BCVA was(0.14±0.73),at the end of the follow-up period,BCVA was improved to(0.38±0.16),the change in the final BCVA compared to the initial visual acuity was statistically significant(t=8.79,P=0.00);the IMH healed in 29 eyes(96.7%)after operation,persistence of IMH occurred in 1 eye,visual deformation symptoms disappeared and improved in 29 eyes,the incidence of complications is low.Conclusion Microincision 25 G parsplana vitrectomy with internal limiting membrane peeling and air tamponade for idiopathic macular hole provide satisfactory morphologic and functional outcomes.
