156例眼球摘除术病因及相关因素分析

The analysis of pathogenesis and characteristics of 156 patients with eye enucleation

目的分析眼球摘除术的病因及相关因素。方法收集我院过去10年间眼球摘除术手术患者156例156眼的临床资料,从年龄、性别、职业、就诊原因等方面进行回顾性分析。结果156例中,患者年龄以71~80岁最多,农民最多,严重眼外伤致眼球摘除者为主要的原因,占48.72%,其中急性眼球破裂致眼球摘除占21.15%;第二位原因是眼内炎占32.69%,第三位原因是青光眼绝对期占23.72%,第四位原因是眼球萎缩占16.67%。结论眼外伤是眼球摘除的主要病因,其次是眼内炎、青光眼绝对期,及时正确的处理眼外伤、提高基层医院对眼内炎及青光眼的诊治水平等是降低眼球摘除率的关键。

Objective To study the pathogenesis of eye enucleation and its characteristics of the cases.Methods The clinical data of 156 eyes from 156 patients taken eye enucleation were collected over the past ten years,and were retrospectively analyzed including ages,genders,occupation,and medical reasons etc.Results Most of the patients were aged from 71 to 80.The serious eyetrauma was the leading cause of eye enucleation in 48.72.%cases(25.15%of it was caused by acute ocular rupture);the second reason was entophthalmia(32.69%);and the third was absolute stage of glaucoma(23.72%);the forth was eye atrophy(16.67%).Conclusion Ocular trauma was the main causes of eye enucleation,the second are entophthalmia and absolute stage of glaucoma.It is important to treat the ocular trauma timely and exactly.The ophthalmologists from primary hospital should be trained in clinical skills to entophthalmia and glaucoma.
