基于皮肤电学特性的穴位特异性研究发展及趋势 被引量:4

摘要 中医通常认为穴位与其他非穴位相比具有特殊性,但是国内外"穴位特异性"的研究依然存在争议。由于皮肤的电学特性与穴位、经络分布有一定相关性,电学特性一直作为研究穴位特异性的一个切入方向。本文通过对国内外穴位电学特性研究的文献进行分析与总结,梳理"电学特性—穴位"历年研究发展情况及研究思路变迁,对皮肤电学特性研究趋势做出如下四点思考:①实验设计尽量避免了外加激励的影响;②动态连续性采集的引入与中医思维;③考虑(排除)个体差异性因素;④现代信息交叉学科技术的引入。该思考对今后基于皮肤电学特性的穴位特异性研究方法提供了参考。 Traditional Chinese medicine generally believes that acupoints have particularity compared with other non-acupoints.However,there are still controversies on the research of acupoint specificity domestic and abroad.Because the electrical characteristics of the skin are related to the distribution of acupoints and meridians,the electrical characteristics have always been a cut in direction for the study of acupoint specificity.In this paper,through the analysis and summary of the domestic and foreign research literature on the electrical characteristics of acupoints,combing the research development and research ideas of"electrical characteristics acupoints"over the years,the research trend of the electrical characteristics of skin is discussed as follows:①The experimental design avoids the influence of external incentives as much as possible;②The introduction of dynamic continuous collection and TCM thinking;③The consideration(exclusion)of individual differences;④The introduction of modern information interdisciplinary technology.This thought provides a reference for the research method of acupoint specificity based on the electrical characteristics of skin in the future.
