摘要 建立护理专业“双师型”师资队伍,是培养更多护理人才的关键。文章基于校院深度合作护理专业“双师型”师资队伍建设存在的主要问题,提出重视护理“双师型”师资的培养机制、扩大教师队伍、形成科学的教育培训体系、加强对教师的考评与管理等策略,旨在为社会培养更多高素质的专业人才。 The key to cultivate more nursing talents is to establish the"double qualification"teaching staff of nursing specialty.Based on the main problems existing in the construction of"double qualified"teaching staff of nursing specialty with deep cooperation between schools and colleges,this paper puts forward some strategies such as paying attention to the training mechanism of"double qualified"nursing teachers,expanding the teaching staff,forming a scientific education and training system,and strengthening the evaluation and management of teachers,so as to cultivate more high-quality professional talents for the society.
