Discuss on the Management Mechanism of School Education from the Perspective of Quality Education

青少年阶段是培养学生良好习惯和优秀品质的重要阶段,教师要通过多种教学方法,推进学生的素质教育,培养现代化所需要的人才。文章分析当前学校教育管理现状,并基于素质教育理念的学校教育管理策略,指出学校要加强教育管理,创新管理模式,提高教师的专业管理水平。

The youth stage is an important stage to cultivate students'good habits and excellent quality.Teachers should promote students'quality education and cultivate talents needed by modernization through a variety of teaching methods.This paper analyzes the current situation of school education management,and the school education management strategy based on the concept of quality education,and points out that schools should strengthen education management,innovate management mode,and improve the professional management level of teachers.
