摘要
服务型教师专业成长是内外动力、教学探索和职业意识相互影响的结果。教师专业认同、成长规划、职业意识、教学探索等因素,直接影响服务型教师的专业成长。其中,职业意识与教学探索成为服务型教师专业成长的重要影响因素。不同地区、不同学校的社会期待,不同程度上影响着服务型教师个体的专业认同与职业追求。
The professional development of service-oriented teachers is the result of the interaction of internal and external motivation,teaching exploration and professional consciousness.Teachers'professional identity,growth planning,professional awareness,teaching exploration and other factors directly affect the professional development of service-oriented teachers.Among them,professional awareness and teaching exploration have become the important factors influencing the professional development of service-oriented teachers.The social expectations of different regions and schools affect the professional identity and career pursuit of individual service-oriented teachers.
