分体式隔离开关及引线绝缘修护装置及检测预警过热系统

摘要 为了较好地解决因隔离开关无灭弧功能,分、合闸操作时要么需在无负荷情况下进行,要么需提前带电安装刀闸遮蔽罩等,存在操作不便、使用局限性问题,利用橡塑材料良好的塑形性及弹性变形特点,优化组合绝缘设计,结合憎水性、老化以及空气间隙放电特性试验,文章提出了组合绝缘优化方案,即绝缘修护装置。通过总结分析现有10 kV隔离开关动刀头部位的温度、负荷规律,提出温度、负荷监测方法,研究刀头过热预警机理和自取电方式,研制了过热检测预警系统,实现了刀头温度及负荷动态监测和预警。通过调整绝缘修护装置的安装方式和安装位置,结合刀头过热预警装置和预警系统的动态监测数据,实现了绝缘修护装置的精准化布置。经过实际应用有效提高了隔离刀闸分、合操作效率和安全水平。 In order to better solve the problems of inconvenient operation and limitation in use,such as no-load operation,or need to install switch shield in advance due to no arc extinguishing function of isolating knife switch,the design method of combined insulation is optimized by using the good plasticity and elastic deformation characteristics of rubber plastic materials.Combined with hydrophobicity,aging and air gap discharge characteristics test,the optimization scheme of combined insulation is proposed.By summarizing and analyzing the temperature and load law of the existing 10 kV isolated and switched off cutter head,the temperature and load monitoring method is proposed,and the early warning mechanism and self power supply mode of the cutter head are studied.The overheat warning device and system are developed,and the dynamic monitoring and early warning of overheat and load of the cutter head are realized.By adjusting the installation mode and location of the insulation repair device,combined with the dynamic monitoring data of the cutter head overheating warning device and the early warning system,the accurate layout of the insulation repair device is realized.After practical application,the operating efficiency and safety level of disconnector are effectively improved.
