园区多能互补集成优化商业模式研究

Research on Optimized Business Model of Multi-Energy Complementary Integration in the Park

本文从投融资模式、运营模式以及盈利模式探究了园区多能互补集成优化的商业模式,并给出了不同场景下的最优商业模式。结果表明,多能互补项目商业模式应注重集成优化。结合我国电力市场现状及多种能源经济性来看,多能互补项目单纯依靠能源供给的方式盈利性不足,需进一步延伸至“服务+交易”提升项目的灵活性和经济性。

From the investment and financing model,operation model and profit model,the business model of the park’s multienergy complementary integration and optimization is explored,and the optimal business model under different scenarios is given.The results show that the business model of multi-energy complementary projects should focus on integration and optimization.Combined with the current situation of China’s power market and the economics of multiple energy sources,the profitability of multi-energy complementary projects solely relying on energy supply is insufficient and needs to be further extended to“service+transaction”.“Improve the flexibility and economy of the project.
