摘要
本文通过对目前常规的电气设备SF6气体分解物在线检测技术进行对比分析,为SF6气体在线智能净化装置的气体在线检测模块研究提供理论依据。其中,光声光谱技术主要利用无线传感器对SF6气体分解物在声光池中的声光信号进行采集和分析,实现对电气设备SF6气体分解物的在线检测;气体检测管技术是利用SF6气体分解物与管中化学物质发生化学反应,通过检测管颜色观察实现对SF6气体分解物在线检测;气体传感器技术利用对SF6气体的分子结构和形状选择性地利用俘获功能,并将有效的俘获化学量转变成为电信号来实现检测。通过对3种技术优缺点对比分析,得出光声光谱技术更适用于电气设备SF6气体分解物在线检测。
Through the comparative analysis of the conventional SF6 gas decomposition on-line detection technology of electrical equipment,this paper provides theoretical basis for the research of SF6 gas on-line intelligent purification device.Among them,photoacoustic spectroscopy technology mainly uses wireless sensors to collect and analyze the sound and light signals of SF6 gas decomposition products in the acousto-optic cell,so as to realize the on-line detection of SF6 gas decomposition products in electrical equipment;the gas detection tube technology uses the chemical reaction between SF6 gas decomposition products and the chemical substances in the tube,and realizes the on-line detection of SF6 gas decomposition products through the color observation of the detection tube Volume sensor technology uses the capture function of SF6 gas molecular structure and shape selectivity,and converts the effective capture chemical quantity into electrical signal to realize detection.By comparing and analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the three technologies,it is proposed that photoacoustic spectroscopy is more suitable for on-line detection of SF6 gas decomposition products in electrical equipment.
