摘要
为了有效评价各个电力企业的应急救援能力,本文构建了符合电力企业评价的应急救援能力评价指标体系,构建了犹豫模糊TOPSIS模型,为了得到指标的权重,运用了熵值法进行结合。最后介绍了一个电力企业应急救援能力评价的例子,并且给出了电力企业应急救援能力提升的建议。
In order to effectively evaluate the emergency rescue capabilities of various power companies,this paper constructs an evaluation index system for emergency rescue capabilities that conforms to the evaluation of power companies,and builds a hesitant fuzzy Topsis model.In order to obtain the weights of the indicators,the entropy method is used to combine.Finally,an example of the emergency rescue capability evaluation of a power company is introduced,and suggestions for improving the emergency rescue capability of the power company are given.
