余热发电项目取用水合理性分析 被引量:2

摘要 基于《建设项目水资源论证导则》(GBT 35580-2017)的技术要求,结合淮北矿业煤焦化综合利用二期工程配套干熄焦12MW余热发电项目所在区域水资源状况及项目用水特征、用水过程、用水工艺等,以2015年为现状基准年,2020年为规划水平年进行项目取用水合理性分析。分析结果表明,项目取用水方案基本合理,对区域水资源及其他用水户影响较小。为将不利影响降至最低,还应在项目建设过程中采取相应的水资源保护措施,在取水口安装计量装置,并加强用水定额及用水标准率定。 This paper analyzes the water use problem which based on the technical requirements of the"Guidance on the Water Resources Demonstration of Construction Projects"(GBT 35580-2017).The project is in the Huaibei Mining Coal Coking Comprehensive Utilization Phase II Project supporting the CDQ 12 MW waste heat power generation project area.The analysis includes the water resources status and project water use characteristics,water use process,water use technology,etc.This paper takes 2015 as the current base year and 2020 as the planning level year to conduct a rational analysis of the project’s water use.The analysis results show that the water withdrawal plan of the project is basically reasonable.And this plan has little impact on regional water resources and other water users.In order to minimize the negative effects,corresponding water resources protection measures should also be taken during the construction of the project.And the metering devices should be installed at the water intake,the water consumption quota and water consumption standard rate should be strengthened.
