厚层浇筑条件下大型泵站流道结构施工应力研究 被引量:2

摘要 大型泵站具有结构复杂、混凝土浇筑量大、混凝土易开裂、工期长等特点,为保证施工期流道结构的应力安全,对华子大型泵站施工期的温度控制进行仿真研究。通过对一层6 m和两层3 m两种浇筑层温度场和应力场变化规律的对比,分析厚层浇筑对混凝土应力的影响。结果表明,厚层浇筑可能导致混凝土结构拉应力峰值增大,但通过适当的温控措施可以消除这种不利影响。相同的温控措施对降低厚层混凝土结构拉应力的作用更为明显。厚层浇筑在保证安全的前提下缩短泵站的施工周期,在混凝土施工领域具有广阔的应用前景。 The large pumping station has the characteristics of complex structure,large amount of concrete pouring,easy cracking of concrete,and long construction period.In order to ensure the stress safety of the flow channel structure during the construction period,this paper simulate the temperature control during the construction period of the Huazi large pumping station.This paper analyzes the influence of thick layer pouring on concrete stress.It compares the variation law of temperature field and stress field of two layers of 6 m in one layer and 3 m in two layers.The results show that the thick layer pouring may cause the peak tensile stress of the concrete structure to increase.But this negative effect can be eliminated by proper temperature control measures.The effect of the same temperature control measures on reducing the tensile stress of thick concrete structure is more obvious.Thick layer casting shortens the construction period of the pumping station under the premise of ensuring safety.It has broad application prospects in the field of concrete construction.
