摘要
柳园水电站是位于甘肃省文县境内白水江干流上一座引水式电站。电站装设两台立轴轴流转桨式水轮发电机组,总装机容量为2×14 MW,水轮机型号为ZZ550-LJ-250。电站自2012年建成投产运行以来,因水轮机转轮桨叶受气蚀破坏严重已更换过一次转轮。现仍因为气蚀问题使机组运行存在严重的安全隐患,严重影响了电站的发电效益。对柳园水电站气蚀原因进行分析并初步提出电站改造处理方案,结果可对柳园水电站处理气蚀问题提供参考。
Liuyuan Hydropower Station is a water diversion power station located on the main stream of Baishui River in Wen County,Gansu Province.The power station is equipped with two vertical-axis axial-flow paddle-turbine-generator sets with a total installed capacity of 2×14 MW,and the turbine model is ZZ550-LJ-250.Since the power station was completed and put into operation in 2012,the runner has been replaced once due to the serious damage of the turbine rotor blades caused by cavitation.Because of the cavitation problem,there are still serious safety problems in the operation of the unit,which seriously affects the power generation efficiency of the power station.The causes of cavitation in Liuyuan Hydropower Station were analyzed and the reformation treatment plan of the power station was initially proposed.The results can provide a reference for the cavitation problems in Liuyuan Hydropower Station.
