摘要
随着办公的信息化、智能化发展,越来越多的业务流程采用了“线上”方式。尤其是在近期发生的新型冠状肺炎疫情,对各行业带来了巨大影响。在这一背景下,如何提升科研管理的信息化、智能化水平,将传统的“线下”用印,融合新兴的区块链技术,升级为安全、可信、便捷的“线上”操作,成为当前学院科研管理信息化、智能化建设的一个新的探索点。
With the development of informatization and intelligence in office,more and more business processes adopt the"online"approach.Especially the recent outbreak of novel corona-virus has brought a huge impact on various industries.In this context,how to improve the informatization and intelligence level of scientific research management,upgrade the traditional"offline"seal management and the emerging block chain technology into a safe,reliable and convenient"online"operation has become a new exploration point of the current informatization and intelligent construction of scientific research management in colleges and universities.
