探析高校教学内部质量监控体系的建立

Study on the Construction of Teaching Quality Monitoring System in Colleges and Universities

高校的教学工作是高校教育事业的中心工作,教学质量的高低直接影响着学校的声誉,甚至关系到学校的生存,是学校的生命线,构建教学质量监控体系就是提高高校教育质量的有效措施。针对现行高校教学质量监控体系的构建进行探讨,从教学质量监控的构建原则、监控系统的组成元素和监控的方法手段等方面,提出构建高校教学质量监控体系的建议,以期为提高高校教学质量提供借鉴。

The teaching in colleges and universities is the central work of higher education,and the quality of teaching directly affects the reputation of the school,even the survival of the school,which is the lifeline of the school.The establishment of teaching quality monitoring system in colleges and universities is an important way to improve the quality of higher education.This paper discusses the construction of current teaching quality monitoring system in colleges and universities,from the aspects of the construction principle,components,methods,and means of teaching quality monitoring system,proposes suggestions and ideas for structuring the construction of teaching quality monitoring system in colleges and universities.It has certain reference significance for improving the teaching quality of colleges and universities.
