高校基层团组织提升立德树人贡献度的思考

基层团组织是高校立德树人教育的重要组成部门,高校基层团组织在立德树人中功能定位应当是不断提高组织力、服务力和引领力。同时,高校基层团组织存在诸多问题和短板。为了不断提升立德树人贡献度,高校基层团组织应当在加强基层团组织建设,创新思想政治教育话语体系,把握青年需求等方面去努力。

The grassroots Leagues are the important part of the system of building morality and cultivating talents in universities.And the functional localization is to enhance the organizing strength,the serving strength and the leading strength.At the same time,the grassroots League organizations in university have some problems and short boards.In order to improve giving pages of cultivating people by virtue,the grassroots League organizations should make efforts in strengthening the construction of grassroots leagues,innovating ideological and political education system and grasping the needs of youth.
