在“三全育人”视域下,心理育人是提升高校思想政治教育工作质量的十大育人体系之一。高校心理育人是当前高校思想政治教育工作的重要一环,强化了心理健康教育在育人工作中的重要性,助力学生健全人格的形成。当前高校心理育人存在着一些问题和不足,通过分析高校心理育人的内涵和现状来寻求变革思路,探析高校心理育人的有效路径,助力高校心理育人达到其预期成效,更好地实现高校心理育人的效果。

From the perspective of"three whole education",psychological education is one of the ten educational systems to improve the quality of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.Psychological education in colleges and universities is an important part of the current ideological and political education in colleges and universities,which strengthens the importance of mental health education in the work of education,helps the students to form a sound personality.At present,there are some problems and deficiencies in psychological education in colleges and universities.This paper,by fully investigating and understanding the connotation and current situation of psychological education in colleges and universities,seeks for reform ideas,explores effective paths for psychological education in colleges and universities and aims to achieve its expected results and better realizes the work of psychological education in colleges and universities.
