摘要
金融科技产业的高质量发展需要有高质量的金融科技人才培养手段与之相匹配。金融科技专业教学资源库的建设是创新金融科技专业人才培养方法,提升金融科技人才培养质量的关键,进而有针对性地提出了“3+1”教学资源库体系建设方法,并提出了有效的教学资源库建设实施路径。
The high quality development of financial science and technology industry needs high quality financial science and technology personnel training means to match it.This paper firstly points out that the construction of the teaching resource base of finance technology is the key to innovating the cultivation method and improving the quality of the cultivation.And then,this paper puts forward the construction method of teaching resource base with features of"3+1",and offers an effective construction path.
