摘要
通过跨文化商务类的相关实例,对应双方在不同策略话语中的策略使用进行对比。发现双方在提问、承诺以及陈述等方面使用共同策略。对应的评价、不在乎、暗讽、防御等策略也各有所不同。而回应方有应用、形式化同意解决问题的策略,也有敷衍的突出商务话语主导权一方的态度。通过进一步研究丰富了商务案例中话语的对应双方语言隐含各自的态度,对跨文化交际策略研究具有一定意义。
Based on the related examples of cross-cultural business,this paper compares the strategies used by the two sides in different strategic talks.It is found that both parties use common strategies in questions,statements,and commitments.The corresponding evaluation,indifference,irony,defense,and other strategies are also different.While the responder not only has strategies of application,formalized agreement to solve the problem,but also those of highlighting the dominant side of a business talk through a perfunctory attitude.This study further enriches the attitudes of the two counterparts in business cases,and has some significance for the study of cross-cultural communication strategies.
