普惠性民办幼儿园发展困境及破解策略

Development Dilemma of Inclusive Private Kindergarten and Its Solutions

为更好地推进教育公平,近几年国家一直在推进普惠性幼儿园建设,但当前在我国普惠性民办幼儿园的发展过程出现一些问题,诸如师资力量匮乏、公益性与逐利性之间的矛盾、赋权尺度与监管力度之间的失衡。因此,针对普惠性民办幼儿园存在发展困境,首先应解决师资匮乏问题;其次进行有效的质量评估与监管;最后,要合理地解决平衡公益性与逐利性的矛盾。

In order to promote educational equity,the state has been promoting the construction of inclusive kindergartens in recent years.However,there are some problems in the development of inclusive private kindergartens in China,such as the lack of teachers,the contradiction between public welfare and profit seeking,and the imbalance between empowerment and supervision.Therefore,this paper briefly expounds the existence of inclusive private kindergartens,discusses such problems,and then puts forward corresponding solutions.
