摘要
传统的团体旅游模式对人们的吸引力下降,这给了定制旅游业良好发展的机会。通过从产品、价格以及人才三个方面分析了携程定制旅游发展面临的困境,并从旅游产品设计,定价方式多元化以及相关发展等方面提出了一些建议,以期为定制旅游业发展提供参考。
The traditional group tourism model has become less attractive to people,which gives the customized tourism industry a good opportunity to develop.The present paper analyzes the dilemma faced by Ctrip in the development of customized tourism from aspects of product,price,and talent.Moreover,it puts forward some suggestions from aspects of design of tourism products,diversification of pricing methods,and related development,so as to provide reference for the development of customized tourism.
