摘要
OSCE是一种知识、技能和态度并重的综合能力评价方法,具有较高的真实性、客观性、全面性、可重复性及公平性,用于护理专业三年级学生护理实践技能课程教学,注重护生临床实践能力、交流沟通能力、应急能力、知识应用能力、临床思维、人文关怀等护理高层次人才素质的培养,同时有利于提高学生的评判性思维及分析解决临床问题能力。
OSCE is a comprehensive ability evaluation method with equal emphasis on knowledge,skill and attitude,which has high authenticity,objectivity,comprehensiveness,repeatability and fairness,and is used in the teaching of the course in Nursing Practical Skills for the third year nursing students,paying attention to clinical practical ability,communication ability,emergency ability,knowledge application ability,clinical thinking and humanistic care.The cultivation of the quality of nursing high-level talents is conducive to improving students'critical thinking and the ability of analyzing and solving clinical problems.
