中医药院校创新创业教育现状及对策研究

Research on Current Situation and Countermeasures of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in Colleges and Universities of Traditional Chinese Medicine

随着健康中国概念深入人心,中医药产业迎来良好的发展机遇。中医药院校肩负中医药事业传承创新发展的重任,如何开展双创教育,培养更多具有创新精神和创业能力的高素质人才成为重要课题。结合中医药院校特点,从管理机制、师资队伍、课程建设等角度出发,探索性地提出中医药院校如何结合本校特色构建双创教育体系。

With the concept of"healthy China"deeply rooted in people's hearts,the traditional Chinese medicine industry ushers in a good opportunity for development.Traditional Chinese medicine colleges and universities shoulder the important task of inheriting,innovating and developing the cause of traditional Chinese medicine.How to carry out mass entrepreneurship and innovation education and cultivate more high-quality talents with innovative spirit and entrepreneurial ability has become an important topic.Based on the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine colleges and universities,from the perspective of management mechanism,teaching staff and curriculum construction,this paper explores how to build an innovation and entrepreneurship education system with the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine colleges and universities.
