摘要
针对生产线上生产工艺的现状,基于嵌入式MCU系统构架设计的金属检测系统,能够检查出有金属异物缺陷的产品,再通过Android系统平台开发的摄像程序,对缺陷外观或者是产品外观拍照,把采集到的图像数据发送到云端处理,可以实现缺陷产品外观照片的实时保存和后续管理操作,并能够进行任意时段内的缺陷数据统计和查询,便于管理部门实时掌握现场生产情况。本技术所研发的系统,提高了生产线上的品质检测水平,具有广阔的推广前景。
According to the current situation of the production process on the production line,the metal detection system based on the embedded MCU system architecture can check the products with metal foreign body defects,and then take photos of the defective appearance or product appearance through the camera program developed on the Android system platform,and send the collected image data to the cloud for processing,which can realize the real appearance photos of the defective products.It can save and follow-up the management operation,and can carry out the defect data statistics and query in any period of time,so that the management department can grasp the real-time production situation on site.The system developed by this technology improves the quality detection level of the production line and has a broad prospect of promotion.
