摘要 中国高等教育的时代主题是全面提高教育质量。为了完善培养过程,保证培养质量,内蒙古科技大学矿业与煤炭学院建立了多层次听课制度、加大实践教学的监督力度,为每一位教师建立教学档案,同时充分发挥督导在听课中的主导作用来实现教学质量监控,达到切实提高教师教学能力和教学水平,促进课堂教学质量显著提高的目的。 The theme of China's higher education is to improve the quality of education in an all-round way.In order to improve the training process and ensure the quality of training,the Institute of Mining and Coal has established a multi-level supervision system,increased the supervision of practical teaching,established teaching files for each teacher,and gave full play to the leading role of supervision to monitor teaching quality,so as to effectively improve the teaching ability and teaching level of teachers and promote the significant improvement of classroom teaching quality.
