基于微信平台互动的参与式教学法在西医院校针灸见习中的应用

Application of Interactive Participatory Teaching Method Based on WeChat Platform in Acupuncture Practice of Western Medicine Colleges

为了探讨基于微信平台互动的参与式教学法在西医院校中医学针灸临床见习教学中的应用价值。将144名临床医学专业本科学生随机分为2组,试验组和对照组各72人。试验组采用基于微信平台互动的参与式教学法,对照组采用传统讲授式教学法,进行中医学针灸临床见习,见习结束后,采用教学满意度调查和操作考核的方法进行教学效果评估。结果表明,试验组教学满意度调查优于对照组(P<0.05),试验组针刺及艾灸的操作考核成绩高于对照组(P<0.05)。因此,基于微信平台互动的参与式教学法在西医院校中医学针灸临床见习中能取得较好的教学效果,值得推广应用。

This paper's objective is to explore the application value of interactive participatory teaching method based on WeChat platform in clinical acupuncture teaching of TCM in western medicine colleges.One hundred and forty-four undergraduates majoring in clinical medicine were randomly divided into 2 groups,72 in the experimental group and the control group.The experimental group used the interactive participatory teaching method based on the WeChat platform,and the control group used the traditional teaching method to conduct clinical internship in Chinese medicine and acupuncture.After the internship was completed,the teaching satisfaction evaluation and operation assessment were used to evaluate the teaching effect.Results show that the teaching satisfaction in the experimental group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The acupuncture and moxibustion performance of the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Therefore,the interactive participatory teaching method based on WeChat platform can achieve better teaching effect in clinical acupuncture practice of TCM in western medicine colleges,and it is worth popularizing and applying.
