教育信息化助推农村义务教育发展之探索

摘要 随着我国信息技术的不断发展和普及,我国教育信息化发展趋势越来越明显,特别是农村义务教育,表现得尤为突出。首先从教育资源配置不均衡;缺乏农村义务教育均衡发展的长效机制;农村家庭教育缺失三个方面入手,分析了农村义务教育均衡发展存在的问题。其次,从能为农村边远学校提供补偿教育;能为农村边远学校配送优质教育资源;能提高农村教师远程培训的质量;能为创新教育改革提供动力四个方面入手,研究了教育信息化助推农村义务教育均衡发展的作用。再次,从政府主导,社会广泛参与;改善农村中小学校教育信息化设施建设;加强农村特色的信息资源建设;提升农村中小学教师信息素养四个方面入手,探讨了教育信息化助推农村义务教育均衡发展的策略。希望通过探析,为农村义务教育的快速发展提供有益的参考。 This paper first analyzes the problems existing in the balanced development of rural compulsory education by starting from the imbalanced allocation of educational resources,the lack of a long-term mechanism for balanced development of rural compulsory education and the lack of rural family education.Secondly,it analyzes the role of balanced development of rural compulsory education from four aspects:providing compensation education for rural remote schools,distributing high-quality educational resources for rural remote schools,improving the quality of remote training for rural teachers,and providing motivation for innovative education reform.Finally,it proposes strategies for the balanced development of education in terms of government-led and extensive participation in society,improving the construction of education informatization facilities in rural primary and secondary schools,strengthening the construction of information resources that highlight rural characteristics,and improving the information literacy of rural primary and secondary school teachers.It is hoped that this study will provide an effective reference for the rapid development of rural compulsory education.
