摘要
针对现有加工番茄果秧分离装置工作时由于喂入量的变化产生堵塞及运动输出不稳定等问题,设计开发了基于多组非圆轮系的加工番茄果秧分离振动发生器。利用双偏心块式振动发生器开展试验,运用高速摄像系统获取分离滚筒最优运动特性曲线,拟合了分离滚筒角位移函数,求取了非圆齿轮节曲线数学模型。建立了非圆轮系振动发生器虚拟样机模型,对其角位移与角速度参数进行了仿真分析,并与目标参数进行对比,同时获取单组与3组轮系齿面接触力曲线。试制了样机,并搭建试验平台,结合高速摄像系统获取其输出运动特性曲线,并与目标与仿真曲线进行对比,证明了其可以满足果秧分离装置振动需求。
In order to solve the problems of blockage,vibration and movement of existing vibration generators for processing tomato seedling separation,a vibration generator for processing tomato seedling separation based on multi-group non-circular gear train was designed and developed.Using the widely used double eccentric block vibration generator to determine the optimal motion characteristics,the angular displacement function is fitted,and the pitch curve mathematical model of non-circular gear is obtained.The virtual prototype model of non-circular planetary gear train vibration generator is established,and its angular displacement and angular velocity parameters are simulated and analyzed,and compared with the target parameters.At the same time,the contact force curves between single group and three groups of gear train teeth are obtained.The prototype of non-circular planetary gear train fruit-seedling separation vibration generator is trial-produced,and the test platform is built,and its output motion characteristic curve is obtained with high-speed camera system.Compared with the target and simulation curve,it is clear that the vibration requirement of fruit seedling separation device can be satisfied.
