小区谷物联合收获机作业速度智能调控算法设计与仿真 被引量:7

摘要 针对小区谷物联合收获机收获过程中人工操作不能及时调整收获作业速度从而导致脱粒滚筒发生堵塞、严重损伤种子及影响小区试验结果正确性的问题,设计了脱粒滚筒转速—期望作业速度模糊控制器与模糊PID作业速度智能调控算法。根据脱粒滚筒转速变化情况不断地调节作业速度,使喂入量保持在脱粒滚筒额定范围内,防止发生堵塞,在保证脱粒质量的前提下,提高作业效率。同时,建立了小区联合收获机行走系统的数学模型,并以实际试验数据对算法进行了Simulink仿真试验验证,结果表明调控算法正确可行。 In order to solve the problem that the manual operation cannot adjust the harvesting speed in time during the harvesting process of the plot grain combine harvester,which leads to the blockage of the threshing cylinder,seriously damages the seeds and affects the correctness of the test results in the residential area,this paper designs a fuzzy controller of the threshing cylinder speed-expected working speed and an intelligent control algorithm of the fuzzy PID operating speed,continuously adjusts the operating speed according to the changes of the threshing cylinder speed,keeps the feeding amount within the rated range of the threshing cylinder,prevents the blockage,and improves the operating efficiency on the premise of ensuring the threshing quality.The mathematical model of the walking system of the community combine harvester is established,and Simulink simulation tests are carried out on the algorithm with actual test data.The results show that the control algorithm is correct and feasible.
